Ty Cannon- Founder
Ty was named Rookie of the year in 23' and now produces in the top 2% of all agents Internationally as a Chairman's Gold Circle agent. Living in NC almost 40 years, not many know the area as well as this guy and NO ONE offers their clients more. No one! Ty is also very active in the community and sponsors many organizations like the Triad softball league and Guilford Green Foundation. He was also The Dancing with the Carolina Stars Champion in 2023 raising over $17,000 for Operation Smile. As a relocation specialist, Ty has assisted over 50 people from other states move to NC and is an ambassador for the city of Greensboro. He will make your transition to NC seamless and help you get integrated into our wonderful community.

Vincent Berardelli
Vincent has an insatiable appetite for knowledge, he’s licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is also a licensed septic inspector and FAA commercial drone pilot. In addition to his licensure, Vincent holds several certifications and has completed over 100 hours of continuing education.
